Nevermind the swedes who are told by Merkel - through secret letters - that they should not go for a referendum for the next treaty. Merkel's method based on secrecy will not win the battle of hearts and minds. "Berlin believes that it is a chance to remind citizens" How not to be confused: the citizens are said to be at the centre of the project but they are completly left out of the reform process. This kind of top-down approach is far away from today's citizens expectations. Anyway, thanks for your interview with Margo and Jose which was quite insightful.
